1. Print and follow the Volunteer Hub Tutorial to create your account.
2. View the 2020-2021 CSSH Training (50 minutes).
3. Complete the brief quiz.
4. Complete your required paperwork and submit it to Cara at [email protected].

1. Print and follow the Volunteer Hub Tutorial to create or for a refresher on how to use your account.
2. View the 2020-2021 CSSH Training (50 minutes).
3. Complete the brief quiz.

5. Complete the Driver and Attendant Training and the Annual Driver Certification.

CSSH coordinates scheduling of the Volunteer Team through the Volunteer Hub. Every volunteer must create an account to access the calendar and sign up for shifts. Click HERE or on the image to the left to download a tutorial that you may print and use as a guide.

The 2020-2021 CSSH Training provides required background and information on CSSH and the Code Blue Project. In addition to presenting information about roles on the Volunteer Team and what a night in the shelter looks like, the training includes vital information about changes in protocols and precautions being taken in response to COVID-19. The 2020-2021 Driver & Attendant Training prepares individual members of the Volunteer Team to support the transportation of guest to and from the emergency shelter during the Code Blue season. It explains precautions put into place due to the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as what to do in other emergencies. If you are a new volunteer, please complete the paperwork in the left column below titled Volunteer Agreement. If you are a returning volunteer, please complete the paperwork in the right column below titled Volunteer Agreement Waiver. If you are planning to serve on the Transportation Team, please complete the paperwork in the center column below titled Driver Annual Certification in addition to either the new or returning volunteer paperwork.
